Come take a look at our new backyard!!
Here at Wilderness Way we have finished our re-model project on the street-side of our building! To see the final photos and construction views of our new image, click here. Our goal was to have a nice grassy area between the store and the street, with trees and plantings to surround the mural on the back of the building. We believe this new look not only helps improve the appearance of the building, but will greatly add to the look and feel of downtown Soldotna. This project underscores Wilderness Way's commitment to preserving the environment and adding to the value and livability of our community.

Sleeping Bags and Pads
We have an excellent selection of sleeping bags and comfort systems to make your next back-packing trip or overnight family camp a lot more pleasant. Whether you're dreading another sleepless night in that thin bag or lumpy pad, or if you just need to gear up for a high-altitude or cold-weather hunt or pack trip, Wilderness Way can make the difference! We have great bags from The North Face and Mountain HardWear, and really comfortable pads from Thermarest and Mountain HardWear. We also have some excellent discontinued Marmot down bags that are looking for a good home, so we can get you into a quality down bag for a reduced price.
And don't forget to check out our great selection of dry bags and stuff sacks. A few of these are a must for any serious back-packing, float trip or extended hunting trip, and boy, do we ever have stuff sacks and dry bags for you! We have them in all sizes and colors. Come on in and see which size and style will work to protect your gear on that next trip. We also have a gret selection of cotton and silk sleeping bag liners!
